Terry is a longtime resident of west Toronto where he raised his family and currently still resides. In his personal life Terry enjoys equestrian life, participating in horse shows and events. “I'm also a dog lover, so I fund everything from the local SPCA to dog shelters.” He also manages to fit in tennis matches when he's not busy with other community outreach such as environmental clean -ups and his support of a political party. “I'm out either doing socializing or doing community work five days a week.” His own circles are natural markets. “Everyone loves to discuss real estate and investment, especially in a market where they are poised for success.”

Terry regularly supports charities for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, United Way and the Toronto Humane Society. He was also a former marketing Board member for The Boulevard Club and a former Board member for The Polo Club YCC 1099.

Terry brings to his role a wealth of experience in product sales, marketing, branding and real estate where he oversaw corporate real estate services at Right Management for over 15 years as the Executive Vice-President of Canadian Operations. At Control Data Corporation here in Toronto, he was responsible for corporate facilities, planning and plant operations. Through out Terry's career he has demonstrated experience in negotiations, scoping out properties on both the seller and buyer side and a strong results-oriented presentation style.

Terry works primarily in the GTA, but has sold and referred business in markets such as New York and Florida through associated companies.
