Meet Julia

Julia's passion for real estate stemmed from an early age, where she gained exposure to the field through the family business. Throughout the years, she has spearheaded many home makeover projects, assisting friends and family with their interior design choices and renovations. Her most recent project included renovating her own home.

Julia studied at Western University, where she received a Bachelors degree with a double major in English and Political Science. She holds over ten years of experience working across a wide range of industries; including Financial Services, Legal, and Media and she brings a vast array of knowledge in Sales, Marketing and Social Media to Team Szwec. Julia's passion for her profession, her strong attention to detail coupled with her affable nature, brings a fresh, enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach to her work and Team Szwec.

Julia is a lifelong resident of Toronto's West End, where she currently resides with her family. She is very active in her community and in her spare time you can find her immersed in a game of tennis at the Boulevard Club, attending and taking part in equestrian activities, volunteering and getting involved in several community events and charities and enjoying great food and conversation with friends and family.

Meet Simon

Simon's passion for real estate is evidenced through his demonstrated dedication to client care where he provides competent, detailed and professional service to ensure clients enjoy all aspects of "the real estate experience".

Involving himself in the community at an early age, Simon was selected to serve as a Page at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and continued to grow a passion for community service in multiple intercity youth programs and community outreach.

Simon studied at the University of Toronto, where he earned his Honours Bachelor degree in Communication, Culture, Information & Technology. Learning from industry leaders, Simon's acumen in marketing, social media and communications brings a contemporary skill set in dealing with today's real estate transactions. 

Transferring integral business skills acquired while in his previous management career in the hospitality sector, Simon has become well equipped to represent the interests of his clients. Furthermore, with Team Szwec's performance history and direct mentorship from team head Terry Szwec, Simon is positioned to deliver complete client satisfaction.

Again, Simon's passion and dedication to his clients is truly what sets him apart. Simon presents to his clients the evaluation skills coupled with the interpersonal skills that supports their respective needs in achieving maximum value in their real estate investments.
